PVC PIPE EXTRUSION LINE

PVC pipe extrusion line consists of conical double screw extruder, die, vacuum clibration tank, haul-off, cutter and stacker.

• Conical double screw extruder adopt 38CrMoAlA material screw and barrel, nitriding process. 

• Electrica parts adopt world famous brand such as SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER, OMRON, ABB etc.

 

• Extrusion die made of 40Cr, innner surface polishing processing.

• Vacuum calibration tank, the body made of stainless steel, equipped with vacuum pump and water pump. 

• Cover material is cast-aluminum. 

• haul-off machine have many models to choose according to pipe out diameter, like 3-claws, 4-claaws, 6-claws, 8-claaws, 10-claws etc. speed control by ABB inverter.
