1. Extruder for PVC Pipe Extrusion Line

BENK offers customers a wide range of single and twin screw extruders, with parallel or conical screws. All BNEK's extruders have different lengths and drive motors to assure a proper plasticizing and output; moreover they are synchronized with the various components of the line.

2. Extrusion Die for PVC Pipe Extrusion Line

BENK studies, designs and manufactures extrusion and co-extrusion heads and dies to be assembled on its own latest generation extruders.

The extrusion heads play a decisive role in the production of extruded pipes: thickness uniformity, regular aspect of the inner and outer surface, excellent positioning and very low relevance of the welding lines, absence of residual tensions; all parameters required for a good quality pipe.

3. Vacuum calibrator for PVC Pipe Extrusion Line

BENK supplies lines complete with vacuum calibration troughs, single and double stage, as well as cooling troughs for the production of pipes in the various plastics and with diameters up to 1200 mm. The control of vacuum and water temperature is essential to produce the diameters and thicknesses required by the regulations in force, for such reason, KC installs, on its calibration troughs, manual or automatic devices for the vacuum control, together with filters and regulators for water flow and temperature.

All troughs are built in stainless steel and the used components assure a long operation life, without any expensive maintenance requirements.

4. Haul-off for PVC Pipe Extrusion Line
