last night that PVC pipe extrusion machinery was successfully tested in our factory.

checking below pictures of PVC pipe making machie.
1, SJZ80/156 conical double screw extruder, which making PVC into melting situation.


2, PVC pipe extrusion line extrusion die: which making the melting PVC into PIPE shape.


3, sizing sleeve and vacuum forming tank: which part used to making vacuum area that will making pipe in perfect round as required. and water will cool down the pipe, which is the good factor of plastic when it cool down it wil be stronger and no shape change.



4, haul-off: which guarantee enough power making the pipe production better.


5, cutting machine.: this is important machine too, it cut the pipe into short pcs as required like 4M, 6M etc.
